Returns:
- Time Frame: You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: We accept returns for most of our products, as long as they are unopened and in resalable condition.
- Exchange: Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend initiating a return and then placing a new order for the desired item.
Procedure for Returns:
- Contact Us:To initiate a return, please send an email to orders@serengeti-fragrances.com. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization:Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
- Packaging:Please securely package the product(s) you are returning and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Shipping:You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
- Inspection and Refund:Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via ACH to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Limited Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this time frame, we are unable to process returns.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product(s) must be unopened and in resellable condition. If the product packaging has been opened, we cannot accept the return.
- Items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may not be eligible for a full refund.
Free Shipping for Returns:
- We provide free return shipping for eligible returns within the 30-day window. Please follow our return procedure to receive a prepaid shipping label.
